Organizational Change

Fundamentally, programs and projects are used to inject change into an environment. However, the people who live and work in the affected environment frequently need some coaching in order to find their place in the new environment.

Processes change, technology changes, organizational responsibilities change, and role expectations change. People will change their behaviors in response to changes in their environment, but without coaching, these changes may not be productive for the organization, may not be aligned with the organization's goals, and may not be timely.

Organizational Change Management / Organizational Alignment is properly an aspect of any major change initiative.
